1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rigor ("Service"), operated by Rigor ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Rigor is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that helps creators and businesses transform video content into multi-platform content assets. The Service includes video transcription, AI-generated content, publishing tools, and analytics across connected social media platforms.
3. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Platform Connections
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Rigor to access and publish content on your behalf according to the scopes you approve. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, the Meta Platform Terms, and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. By using YouTube features in Rigor, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may disconnect any platform at any time from the Settings page.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you upload, create, or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Send spam, malware, or engage in automated abuse
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rigor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rigor is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
