Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your account data or data obtained through a connected third-party platform (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) at any time. We honor all deletion requests within 30 days.

Option 1 — In-App

  1. Log in to tryrigor.com
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. To disconnect a single platform, click the platform's "Disconnect" button. We will revoke our access tokens and delete platform-specific data within 30 days.
  4. To delete your entire account and all associated data, click "Delete Account". This is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Email Request

Send an email to privacy@tryrigor.com from the email address associated with your Rigor account. Include:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • The platform(s) to be disconnected, or "all data"
  • Any applicable user ID or connected account username for verification

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Option 3 — Revoke from the Platform

You can revoke Rigor's access directly from each platform's app settings:

  • Facebook / Instagram Facebook Business Integrations
  • Google / YouTube Google Account Permissions
  • TikTok — open the TikTok app → Profile → Settings and Privacy → Security → Manage app permissions, or visit tiktok.com/setting
  • X (Twitter) — Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps
  • LinkedIn — Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services

After revocation, email us at privacy@tryrigor.com so we can remove any cached data on our side.

Meta automated deletion callback: When you remove the Rigor app from Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, Meta sends us a signed deletion request. We process it automatically within 24 hours and confirm completion via the status URL Meta provides. You can also email privacy@tryrigor.com with the confirmation code to verify status.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your Rigor account and profile
  • Access and refresh tokens for connected platforms
  • Uploaded videos, transcripts, and generated content
  • Analytics records tied to your account
  • Workspace and brand configurations

Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being fully purged, and we retain limited records where required by law (e.g., tax and billing).
